Huge problem. On Jan 13 I ordered a new phone online , site froze so Jan 14 online got a rep. Finished the ordered. Was getting a Samsung Galaxy a5. He said we were all set. A few days later I was set by courier the Sim card but no phone. I messaged why. Thought that was fixed. Messaged again on when is the eta because my phone number was being ported and my cell now has no service bad enough screen is cracked and I can' see but it' also a work phone. Yesterday they told me it wasn't ordered. Now I'm mad because 5 min before i was sent a bill.
So now Jan 20 placed order Jan 13/14 and a week later no phone.
Nor mad at individual people helping just mad at a system that can mess up my order so badly.
Let' get this fixed
