I have a cellphone with fido and I have been overcharged --instaed of monthly bill ofcad 35.00 + taxes , i have been charged cad 263.01-- i have already made 3 calls to customer service and they told me that it is a system error and that they have registered a case--nothing has been done so far--i have made only local calls from hamilton to toronto  and that is free as per my contact

Sounds like an investigation was opened on our end to have this fixed. It can take a few business days to have your bill rectified depending on the situation.


Were you given a delay when you called us?
