Hello. I changed my plan (60$ per month) for a cheaper one (30$ per month) yesterday, but although this change was displyed on my fido app, now it is showing 60$ per month again. Is it just a bug in the application? Thanks


Hi @rsafdarian1995 , I think you will have to ask fido customer support that question. We cannot access any accounts, only Fido employees have the capability of viewing your information. Here for ways to access customer support. Cheers
