My dad didn't get any SMS from me.

Hi, I have some problems. I'd like to send and receive text message(SMS) with my dad. My dad is working in Korea. Before I changed plan, sending and receiving from my dad is no problem. I have upgraded the fido plan as unlimited message. After I upgraded the fido plan, my dad didn't get my message. I have called your technical service, you said "No problem". My phone is LG Android phone. If my dad send English message to me, I got it. But if my dad send Korean text, I didn't take my dad's message. My dad didn't any message from me. Please solve the my problem

As mentioned in your other posts regarding this issue, I know you have called us and the issue remains unresolved. However, I assure you this can only be fixed over the phone with our tech support. I 'm sorry to say it, but you need to call us again. Clearly something is wrong

I wish I could help out, but this needs to be addressed with a tech over the phone. 

As usual, do not call from your phone, and insist a resolution be met.
