Missing activation fee credit

When i select the fido card, assistant told me we will off your weiver so you can't get to pay extra amount of your bill, i'm a new in canada so i thought it's ok, but i get my bill with a activation fees of 70$, and i pay it because i don't know about this things, i'm a new student in canada and that's too much for me, so please give me my activation fees back.

Hi @ayushvanani , sorry you were unexpectedly charged the activation fee on yoursign up with Fido. You will have to contact Fido support to discuss this issue. See Here for ways to contact Fido's support or call *611 for assistance
