Missed winback call

I missed the winback call, is there a way to get them to call back? Calling the number doesn't work.

Hi @phone23841 , after missing a win back call, you just have to wait until they circle back around to your call again. The winback team is a different department and operates on contract with Fido. Sorry you missed the first call.
