It is possible to get a plan from a different province the only thing issue though is you will have to take a Manitoba number you will not be able to use an Ontario number.
When you go on fido.ca just change it to Manitoba and you should be able to select a plan, if you are having issues doing it online you can contact customer service and they can assist you.
