Insanely Annoyed With Support

Okay,

 

So my husband was excited to upgrade his phone, placed the 943 down payment. I wanted to change the address, and so they cancelled to do so, ended up not being able to, and now can't reorder the phone at all without placing more money down. I've been on with support for over 4 hours trying to fix this problem and I've yet to have anything satisfying done.

 

I am trying to get head offices number to get a resolve on this issue as if it wasn't for fido, my husband would have his phone in our home by tomorrow.

 

I've been in a constant support loop to various departments.
