Incorrect bill statement

My FIDO account was compromised last month and the fraud department has stepped in to stop this which is good. And they told me any charge on this fraud case will not be my responsibility and also they would reverse all the settings for me. However, a few days ago, I received my new statement which has a huge balance owing on my account, approx 1900 dollars. It stated that there is a one-off mobile phone charge, which in fact I never order a new phone and that was a fraud! I have called Fido so many times, even during work and this is so frustrating since I am not willing to pay that large bill which I am not responsible for! Can someone get in touch and get this fixed asap?

That's not the experience that we want for any of our customers.

 

You definitely should have been able to reach a representative by now to get this fixed.
