Incoming calls

Hi I am currently having a problem with my new unlocked cell phone. It seems as though from what my friends have been telling me and my own tests that my new phone seems to be not even telling me I have a call and it sends it to voice mail or does some weird thing where it seems like it "picks up" but only repeats what is being said on the other end.

any help on this will be very much appreciated.

I think someone might be able to help you but it's best to include the make / model / firmware of the phone you are using. You can also call your mobile from another phone/home phone to do the test yourself. Let us know!
