Hello. I recently used up all my 15 gigs of data according to my phone. Shortly after I received a message to cancel or resume data usage I think.

 

Unfortunately I can't remember what the message said. But I pressed cancel and then suddenly lost the LTE logo on my phone. 

 

Do I have to wait until the billing cycle begins to get my data back?

Hi there @mark5565 , unfortunately by hitting cancel you removed the option for buying extra data for the rest of the billing cycle. You may be able to add extra data in the app or online via wifi. I hope you get that sorted out.
