You took the money out of my account. But my phone doesn’t work. It’s a prepaid plan I need for work & I was charged but it says I have no balance ?! I need my phone !
Make sure you have your record (or proof) that you made the payments. Give Fido a call (dial 611 on handset) and explain the situation to them. If you have the record of payment, then it is just a matter of time before someone finds it.
