I cannot receive verification code

Hi

PayPal has sent me verification code several times, but I cannot receive it
I entered my number to make sure I have not entered a wrong number but it didn’t work.

Welcome to the community

Is it the first time you get a verification code from PayPal?  Also, did you contact them to make sure there was nothing wrong on their side?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it’s my first time receiving verification from PayPal, but I haven’t asked them to check! I will do it and I hope it works.
