I added a new line but I did not get the extra 10GB for the new line.

The 10 GB bonus data is applicable for the 30 GB $34 after the $5 automatic payment discount plan you also have to enter the promo code PLUS10 when you place the order. If you got the correct plan and entered the code but did not get the bonus data you will need to contact customer service and they can look into it for you.
