How to get touch with Validation team

Hello All! How I can get touch with Validation team? I have called the number 800-644-7174 more than 2 hours and always tranfer to the main menu, I ordered IPhone 13 on Nov 27 last year and the CS told I have to speak with Validation team first then it can solve this matter.....OMG!

What can I do in this case???

Hello @bunbun25 , sorry to hear that you are having difficulty getting in touch with the validation team. You may want to contact Fido customer support again and have your call transferred to the correct department. Here are the various ways to get support. Hope you can get a resolution quickly

Nothing solutions after click "HERE", I only just wanna order one phone, how come completely and irresponsible
