How do you pay a phone bill with a negative value?

I recently bought a new phone and got a $60 credit for the first month. At first, my next bill was $56.50, but when I went to pay it a few days later I saw the value had changed to -$3.50. When I try to pay the bill, it will not allow me because it is a negative value. So I'm wondering, do I just do nothing and not pay? Do I just wait for the next bill and pay that?

Thanks in advance.

I have a negative balance of $114.25 in my balance account. Can I use it to pay my next month's bill?

Hello @krishnathapa,

A negative balance/credit will always be used toward your next invoice.

Hello @FlipCanuck,

That's correct you do not have to pay anything, the negative balance means you have a credit.

Because you had a $60 credit the balance ($56.50) was deducted from the $60 which left your account with a $3.50 credit which will be deducted from your next invoice.
