Help me to cancel voicemail

Please help me cancel the voicemail service. I don't need it. I want to stop receiving messages about it once and for all.

it takes over an hour to get through on voice chat. Fido why do you abuse your customers?

We're busier than usual so there are delays to speak with us over the phone. However, there are other ways to contact us. You can find all the options here.

It is no more usual than the same time last year, or any other promotional run by Fido.

It is poor planning combined with total lack of respect for Customers time.

First it was 15 minutes to get in the cue of 100, then

50 minutes to get to 0 cue for the rep on text chat, then

another 30 minutes with the Fido rep to cancel voicemail, because I am time shared with some other poor schmuck.

95 minutes total, because Fido does not give a sh.....

And then Fidojulian takes the time to provide a useless solution.

You need to contact customer service and they can help you remove the voicemail feature from your plan.

i also don't like the service, you should have a button to cancel the voicemail easier, calling customer service is so much trouble.
