Having problems with Fido Roam

Hello,

I'm currently in Boston and I want to use Fido Roam here like I usually do..

when I turned the airplane mode off and turned the roaming on it's not finding any service... It's showing me no service on my phone even after restarting the phone multiple times... 

PLEASE HELP!

I can't even call the support for fast answer all I have it's wifi

Your phone should normally connect to the best option available when it comes to network but it sometimes need a bit of help. 

Have you tried doing a manual network search to see if some options come up? 

Trying to reset the network settings might also do the trick.
