A few months ago I added a data top up. I’ve tried cancelling it multiple times and it says I don’t have any month top ups. Why am I still getting charged an extra $30 a month?!

Can you confirm with us which step you were taking to cancelling the data top-up?
I texted cancel to 222. It’s saying I don’t have any top ups but I’m still being charged for them.

Did you send CANCEL to 222 before the end of your billing cycle? Because the removal is always completed for the next cycle
If you sent it after the cycle started, then it's normal that you still see the add-on.
