Getting my old Community profile Back

Hi all,

I have an existing fido community account (without the 1) that for some reason, is no longer linked to my fido account.

I saw the following post from FidoStephen mentioning how to get it back, but @FidoStephen is apparently retired:

Any other fido rep able to fix this? Had a chat with a fido rep who didn't even know the community was a thing, and called fido customer service just to be connected with reps who also had little to no idea the fido community exists 🙄
