Hi, I currently have a Fido Pulse 3+3GB Data plan with unlimited local calls and text. However, I am not in Canada from April 27th-August 29th as I have returned home for the summer. As such, is it possible for Fido to freeze/temporarily suspend my account/plan for these summer months? I wish for no monthly phone plan payments until I return i.e no monthly charges from May-August and I also want to turn off Fido Roaming for now. Could you guide me on the steps to follow for this and clarify whether I'm eligible for this? Are there any payments involved in suspending an account?
