Hi,
Recently i was victom of fraudulent activitu where some scammer placed iphone15 pro max from my account. Immediately i called Fido to check and cancel the order. Case number has been registered but no action taken yet. I keep getting email saying order is shipped and will be delivered soon. I dont get it that why cant Fido cancel the order immediately and why there is so delay.
Has anyone experienced such issue lately? What best i can do ?

Sorry to hear what has happened to you I know it can be stressful but rest assured since you reported it and a case was started someone from the fraud department will contact you just give them some time.
