Very poor service, dismal sign up process, deceitful customer support and billing:

i was charged $50 activation fee even though site says it us waived

Fido sucks


Hey @Alex_montreal , sounds like a lot to unpack there. Did you sign up for an account at a kiosk, by telephone or online? If you signed up on line, there would not be an administrative fee. If it was in store or on the phone, an administrative fee would be charged. I'm not sure what you are describing and without knowing your situation, it's difficult to comment on anything else. I hope that you are able to have a dialog with customer support to see if you can get a resolution. You can contact Fido support Here
