First bill

I recently took a connection. Today is the 4th day and my bill is emailed to me. The bill is more than double my monthly plan. Is this just for the first month, or will it recurr every month?

If you activated your service in store or on the phone, there would be a $45 transaction fee on the bill which would make it higher. If you still have questions, you can contact our customer service team using any of the options here and they'll be happy to clarify things with you!
