Fido won't let me speak to a manager

I've been in the FIDO chat now for an hour and twenty minutes (this is still currently going on so I have no idea how long it will be). 

Forty minutes ago, I realized that the specialist just wasn't understanding the situation no matter how many times I explained it. I asked to speak to a manager. She asked why and I explained. Since then, I have asked to schedule a callback with a manager SIX times before she finally agreed to. After request 4, she said "I will help you with this, please allow me 2-3 minutes". 

 

After 10 minutes, I asked for confirmation that she had schedueld the callback. Instead, she tried to explain her position again (that doesn't actually answer my question). I then had to request a callback two more times.

 

This has been a huge waste of my time as we were not gaining any ground being able to communicate the issue. I wanted to talk to someone on the phone and in a higher position and she was consistently impeding that.

Hi @laurenwagn , sorry you're having trouble. May I suggest trying a different method to contact fido support? Here are different methods of contact and if you scroll down the page near the bottom, there is a link to report a concern or problem. Hopefully you will have better luck with reaching someone
