My Fido account was hacked. I immediately changed the password, added a PIN, and spoke with Rogers and Fido to have the account flagged to prevent anyone from making a purchase through my account. However, I'm noticing that my session no longer logs off after timeout. It stays logged in indefinitely, even if I close the app and open it again. The only way to get it logged off is to manually sign out from the app. I'm a bit concenred about this as I'm afraid the scammers who hacked my account did something to keep the account logged in on their end. Any advice? Thank you.

Hello @Yoyo2024,
Welcome to the community!
The Fido app never logs you out when you close it unless your device was compromised you should not worry about it being logged in on your device. If you already changed the password and added a PIN and notified Fido so they can take necessary measures then you should be okay.
