My phone and internet are both owned by Fido and we lost most of our contact with the outside world during a major disconnection that started on July 6 for almost 6 days. Our monthly bill was upwards of $200 CAD and guess how much Fido compensated us? Less than $12! Surprised or not? Cherish your freedom of communication and stay away from companies like Fido.
