Fido over charged without prior notice

My plan was changed without any prior notice (email/message). They just added a small note at the end of previous month's bill and increased the charges without my consent. This is ridiculous and totally frustrating. Changing my plan to some other carrier as Fido scammed me.

Hello @vinujohny,

 

The note on your invoice is how Fido notifies us of any upcoming changes. They usually start adding the notices at least three months before the change takes effect.
