Fido numbers

I get 2 numbers but only one showing im the account holder

Welcome to the Community

In order to have full access to your online account, you would need to log in with your email address and also to have chosen the Account Holder Access when you set up the account. 

When you linked your account to your online profile, do you recall if you registered as the Account Holder or as a subscriber? Also, can you confirm if you're logging in with your email address?
