Fido has no customer service excalation number, no contact phone numbers

phone number for customer service will give only one option, which is not an option!!

it says to go to web site https://www.ccts-cprst.ca,    when I do that, I filled out questions to get help, which led me to the end which stated, 'This type of issuse is not in our mandate"

So another dead end!!!
