I went to the Fido booth to try and change my plan. Then, the person litterally said go call customer service, 0 help from that person... I know that you can you can change your plan at a booth but this person did not want to do anything. What a great service,,,

Hi @xSidDaKid , sorry to hear that happened to you. Perhaps it wasn't a fido corporate store. Sometimes the kiosks would rather focus on new accounts. I am surprised that they didn't want to help you and collect the administrative fees. If you change your plan in the app or online, there's no fee for doing so. You may want to try to do that and save a few dollars. Or call customer service *611 from your device and request assistance, but bear in mind there's an administrative fee for customer assistance to change plans.
