False commitment for 25$ credit on 2nd bill

I had purchased my fido card in month of september.. Initially fido sales team approach me and for selling their card they offered me with 25$ credit on my 2nd Bill. Now its almost 5 months, no credit has been passed to my bill. Its like a complete day light fraud by fido and a huge dissatisfaction on consumer part. I will never recommend fido to anyone.
