FIDO WINBACK - Waiting for my device and SIM

Hello,

I am waiting for my Fido device and SIM for last 2 weeks. There is no communication over email or anything that i can trace this back to. Can someone please suggest when I can expect my device to arrive?

I was contacted by Rogers Winback team and was offered an iPhone mini at 23$ a month. I'm still waiting for my device and SIM.
