I just moved and keep getting this error when I try to update my address online. A quick search tells me I need to get a PM from a FIDO employee to help me resolve this.

Hi @jimboslice5760 , that is correct that a Fido customer service representative has to make this change. Give them a call at *611 from your device and they should be able to assist you. Have a good day, OL
