I just transferred my account to my husband and when I tried to log on, I could not download the payment history. I would need the billing info for the last 12 months.

To view your payment history, you will need to go to Fido.ca > My account > Billing and Payments > Payment History.
Keep in mind that only the account holder of the account can view the payment history. If your husband is now the account holder, he will need to access the account to retrieve the information.
If you wish to view the payment history of your deactivated account, you will need an e-mail login for My Account. Hope this clarifies everything!
