I’ve been a loyal customer of Fido for more than 3 years and I’ve had 2 credit inquiries on same day (Sepotember 25th, 2022). I only added a mobile to my existing plan. If this is something required it can happen only once, but why two credit inquiries on same day. This is not acceptable at all as it had a huge impact on my credit score. I need your help to deal with it and request you not make these errors again.
