Disappointing service

I visited  the cote st luc fido store as it was showing open at 11am....I reached there at 11.30 am and waited there for 40 mins...as I came to know that store opens at 12 pm..even at 12.10 pm the kiosk was not operational and no one was there to help me....I wasted my 2 hours of traveling to and fro to this location....worst customer service.

Hello @Pranav4u , I'm sorry to hear that you traveled to the store and no one was there. That would really annoy me also. You may want to call and speak to the manager and/or voice your disappointment with the fido customer service about your experience. Here are various methods to contact Fido's support team. I hope that you have a satisfactory resolution. Regards
