Hi there @Meldoch , I suggest you reach out to technical support by dialing 611 from your device and get the support people to take a look at why you didn't receive any emergency messages. We can't really help you out here for tech issues as we are fellow fido users and would not have access to technical solutions. I hope you are able to have this resolved
