Hello, 

 

I registered for my Fido account on August 11, and still have not received an email confirming that a SIM card will be sent in the mail, and I have not received anything in the mail. What steps do I need to take in order to receive my SIM card?

I would call 611 then tell them your are missing sim, ask them if it possible to get new sim at store for free.
