Just wondering if you can use another phone on your plan while waiting for the replacement phone to come in? I should be getting my replacement in two days as it's the weekend and I don't have a house phone.
Just wanted to get clarification as the fine print found on the device protection page states "The Device Protection coverage applies only to the device that is in use on the enrolled wireless number at time of incident. Some exclusions apply (e.g. hardware/software training; product repair/replacement)"
Does anyone know? Thanks!

If you have already filed the replacement request, then yes, you can use a different phone in the meantime. Do not use a different phone before filing the service request with Asurion since the Device Protection service covers the phone that the SIM card is in at the time of the request.
