Customer support isn't doing very well

I've been calling customer support since yesterday and I've read other fido customer's complaints and I GET IT. ITS THE HOLIDAYS AND ITS BUSY. But don't you think you need to hire more instead of shutting customers off just because you can't handle every customers? If Fido hired you then that probably means that Fido can't run with few employees, how about hiring more?
