it sounds like Fido cannot check my credit? It's been 9 years I'm client, never add such an issue. I've check my credit score on equifax and transunion and it is not bad.

Good morning @Francky13 , I would suggest calling in to the number provided to find out what the missing information is. It could also be a random security check, I'm just guessing on that one,but I have had the occasional message to call in to verify information. I know sometimes it can be frustrating when we just can't "get it done" online, but better safe than sorry is my thought. Hope that you have a good resolution 🙂
