Contract ending, phones broken. Need a new phone.

My contract is set to end in December and my phones Microphone for talking on the phone does not work. All other parts work, speakers, headphone jack, screen etc.

 

When my contract is set to expire would I be able to renew my contract and get a new phone with that so I have a working phone.

 

I got a new phone after breaking a previous one a year ago, would that money owed on the phone be added to the new contract or would I have to pay out before renewing and recieving a new phone.

You can get a new agreement 30 days before your agreement ends. The new agreement will start on the date the old one ends.

 

If you decide to get a new agreement before your current agreement is done, you will need billed the remaining balance on the phone. Let us know if you want to go over your options and we'll send you a PM.
