Checking my confirmation

Could you check my plan please. 

Today I changed from Chartr to Fido with plan 4  GB and 40 CAD/month. In the first I got a correct confirmation but now I got an email that tell Fido change from 4 GB to 3 GB and montly fee from 40 CAD to 45 CAD so please check my confirmation and make sure with me please that I can get correct plan.
