I have been charged beyond the $40 I subscribed for and it's really disheartening.I want to change my plan to a cheaper plan mayb of $25 and I want Fido to stick to the rules and not exceed the charge I subscribed for .How can I go about changing my plan ?

You can log in to your account on fido.ca and change your plan to something that is available to you or you can always contact customer service directly and discuss any options that are currently available to you, you should also note that if you are currently financing a device and depending on the new plan you choose you might have to payout the remaining of the device balance.
