Just go off the phone with a Fido service rep who says she cannot change the voicemail prompts from French to to English.
The Community say only Fido can do this.
This creates a circular conversation resulting in the issue not being resolved for the consumer.
Very frustrating as this is a business use phone and my employee does not have the ability to follow the change voicemail prompts in French
Of course they have the ability to change your VM language. Log on to your fido account, make sure its in English. Then call CSR tell them you want your VM in English, if they can't do it, then tell them you want to create a technical support ticket. This means they put in a request at tech support for someone to look into the subject while you wait a few days. I am almost certain they will have it fixed by then.
