Good morning @robbiel28 , hope you are doing well. To change out your phone before your contract ends, you would have to pay off the balance of your financed device when you upgrade your phone. In the app if you go to upgrade my device, the next screen will show you your device balance. If you already have another phone you want to use, you can just swap in the Sim card and your account stays the same while you continue to pay down your balance. I hope that makes sense.
