I changed my plan yesterday and now i cant access my voicemail. It says to go to menu>settings but there is nothing in my settings to allow setting up. I have also tried the voicemail number but it does not recognise my number. Please advise.

If your number is no longer recognized by the voicemail, it might indeed be inactive. We'll need to check your account to confirm what happened there.
