I would like to make changes to my monthly plan, but every time I try I get a pop up notification alerting me that I cannot make my changes due to outstanding fees on my account. I just paid my bill and in fact have a credit on my account. Why is this happening? How can I make the changes I would like to make on my account?

Can you clarify if you have a monthly postpaid account or a monthly prepaid account?
If you have a monthly account, did you verify if the payment passed and the new balance has been updated. If it's update and you still have issues, we can send you a PM to help you out with the plan change.
