Couldn't send texts or make calls. Even tried calling 611, but a recorded messg says " you home cellular company has not authorized us to provide you service". Why is that? My phone signal is at 3-4 bars. Please help. I need to make an important phone call asap

Good morning @_mppz21 , sorry you aren't connecting to the Mobile network. Did you try powering off your device and removing and reinstalling the SIM card? That is my first check when I can't make calls. If you don't have the correct settings for fido, you can request a reset from customer service on fido.ca through live chat or on social media via Twitter or Facebook. You can also search here for apn settings and ensure you have correct parameters. Let us know if you were able to correct the issue or if you require more assistance.this might help with the settings
